The Giocosa Foundation’s motto, "We Help Children
Grow", was coined several years ago by a teenager who was placed in
one of our foster homes. The boy created this expression to describe his
personal thoughts of the Foundation. It has since inspired us to adopt
the phrase as our primary slogan.
The commitment the Foundation has to providing for the best interests of
a child makes us a unique child-placing agency. We are small in size, but
large in our dedication to placing children with families committed to
stabilizing a foster child’s environment. This includes nurturing the
child’s development, offering them a secure and loving home, providing
continuity in their life and helping them heal from the past.
